uzbekistan : studio upgrade 1997
A small studio in Uzbekistan desperately needed better equipment to function well. This included a mixer, patch bay, compressor, quality cabling, software and a sound card.
The studio is located in a church that has a concentration of musicians. This church was started by a pastor who is also a musician. We enjoyed hearing the musicians play, and the women joined in dancing. It was great to see that a Roland E-460 Oriental keyboard is in use. It has preset buttons providing the ability to retune to various Eastern scales including Persian and other scales that they would use.
