Thank you for your interest in the ministry of Heart Sounds International (HSI).  This “Preliminary Proposal” is the first step in the project application process with HSI.  This first step will help you and HSI determine the overall goals, needs and impact of a project done in partnership.  HSI will be praying about your proposal, seeking God’s voice to guide our decisions.
